Meet Honor

Honor Clough is a 31-year-old from Cleckheaton who joined Simply Fit looking for motivation. Encouraged by friends, she decided to give it a go — and ended up gaining far more than just fitness.


The Challenge

Honor wanted to lose weight and get fitter.
