How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you. We believe in helping people like you build a foundation of resilient, healthy habits that last and support you for a lifetime. What value do you put on your long term health & happiness?

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not! We are 'a gym for those who don't gym'. Many of our members start as total beginners. They don't, or haven't exercised regularly for years. Our #1 goal at the start of our journey together is to build your confidence so that you feel 

What time are training sessions?

We open Monday - Saturday. We run all our sessions Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm, and Saturdays from 7am to 11am. If you'd like more detail on specific times, make sure to ask us on your discovery call.

How long are training sessions?

Our session lengths range from 30 mins to 45 mins.
